[Chapter-delegates] [isoc-members-discuss] Fwd: Big holes in net's heart revealed

Well, I like the idea of ISOC trying to ensure the stability of the
Internet from a more practical/societal point of view.
You may notice I have suggested for ISOC to think about becoming a:
- RFC compliance certification organisation
- support a site/group that list via DNS spammers
I think this proposal add to the above.
I don't want to rush it nor to make it wrong, but it is time to think
about it sensibly, and may be see how the chapters can work at local
level. Somebody has to alert the admins of these system that something
is wrong, and the chapters are the closest and may be will be better
listened to, that somebody miles away.
