Hi Radu:

I apologize for not translating some of the latest Spanish messages to 
English and/or French. That´s a problem that we Latinos have when we start 
speaking Spanish no one can stop us.

The idea proposed by the Spanish ISOC chapter is to start electronic forums 
around subjects related to internet access mainly by less privileged 
"netizens", may be in languages different from English and I propose to make 
at least an abstract in English and may be some other languages like French, 
Italian, Portuguese, etc. I´m aware that there are some applications out 
there that can translate forums in real time, but I don´t know how to 
integrate them to the type of forums proposed. If you are interested please 
join the forum proposed by Andreu and we´ll find the way to translate part 
of it so that you can participate.
