Dear Chapter Delegates,

The "IETF Journal", is an Internet Society publication produced
in cooperation with the Internet Engineering Task Force. Our
aim is to provide an easily understandable overview of what's
happening in the world of Internet standards with a particular
focus on the activities of the IETF Working Groups (WG). Each
issue of the "IETF Journal" will highlight some of the hot issues
being discussed in IETF meetings and in the IETF mailing lists.
The Internet Society has prepared hard copies of the "IETF Journal"
Volume 1, Issue 2 (Winter 2005/2006) for distribution to
our Chapters.

The report is available at: <http://ietfjournal.isoc.org/>

We would like to send hard copies of the "IETF Journal" to each
chapter. Please distribute the Journal to local organizations,
institutions, city officials, and other interested groups
and communities.

I need confirmation from each of the Chapter's president (or delegate)
for a Postal address where we can mail the reports. Twenty-five
hard copies of the report will be mailed to each responding Chapter.
If you need more copies please let me know at <tweigler at isoc.org>.

Please confirm the following to <tweigler at isoc.org>:
********************************************************
Chapter President/Contact:
Chapter Name:
Chapter Postal Address:
********************************************************

We are asking all Chapter Delegates to follow up with their Chapter
President/Chair to confirm the postal address. We will not be able to
send the IETF Journal to Chapters which do not confirm the postal
address.

Best Regards,

Terry Weigler
Internet Society Administration
