[Chapter-delegates] Lists errors...

Jim has given a good explanation of the issue - and action has been taken to
hold all messages from this subscriber for moderation.
Note that the Chapter delegates list is configured to allow all subscriber
messages to be posted without moderation. Although this has the advantage of
never delaying your posts, this configuration brings with it the risk of
immediate posting of spoofed or zombie generated mails purporting to originate
from valid subscriber addresses. The only way to pre-emptively protect against
such messages would be to moderate all postings.
While we do monitor all administrative requests, bounces etc, we're unable to
systematically monitor all messages posted on all ISOC lists at all times. We
therefore count on list moderators and list members to help us by flagging any
suspect traffic - we'll then take appropriate action as quickly as possible.
Thanks to Franck for highlighting the issue on this occasion.
