[Chapter-delegates] Survey membership system

Dear Chapter Delegates:

As you know we are seeking your input on membership
database and related information as we prepare to form
a committee to look at our membership system issues.
So  far 32 chapters have submitted their survey input and
for this we are very grateful. Thank you.

For those who have as yet been unable to send their input
we have decided to leave the survey up for another week,
until June 30th. Please do access the survey at the link
below and let us know your insights. It is important
information that will help us resolve this matter well.
