Indeed it will and here's another: -
  The Southern Sudan government wants to have their own too. A gentleman I met this morning asked for ISOC's help.

Patrick,
I believe that they were waiting to see the 
results of the referendum in Crna gora. Now there 
will be two new tlds, I guess .rs and .rm But 
it's up to the UN and the ISO-3166 to see what they domains will be
