[Chapter-delegates] ISOC Armenia

Dear Franck,

     I have a long standing cooperation with ISOC Armenia and can 
certify that it is a very live and serious organization. In particular 
we realize an EC project called Porta Optica, which is a feasibility 
study of fibre connection of Caucasus (inter alia) region to the world 
scientific backbone (GEANT2 and INTERNET2).  Within this project the 
ISOC AM made a detailed study of Internet User Groups cooperating with 
their peers in Western Europe. ISOC AM will organize a country's first 
CERT and are traditionally active in all aspects of e-learning.

     I have seen tens of members of ISOC AM as participants or lecturers 
at various workshops and conferences.

With all my heart I support their aims to become fully recognized ISOC 
chapter.
