[Chapter-delegates] Membership System is not working!!!

Thank you very much.

I'm sorry to have had to use the Nuke option, but we are getting real
frustrated this side.

I understand ISOC difficulties since Nelson and Anne have left, but the
membership is our lifeblood. This is the critical function ISOC has to
maintain.

Thanks again into look it into it.

PS: Lynn, just try to add a new member in the system and make him/her
join a chapter. If you don't cry after a few screens, then
congratulations ;) It was so easy before, fill a form, indicate which
chapter and that's it. What was missing was an e-mail check. The new
system is absolutely complicated and there is still no e-mail check. And
imagine someone who does not speak well english...
