[Chapter-delegates] Membership System is not working!!!

Well,

I'm not sure, usually if you don't use the nuke option, things are not
moving.

So here I go, I use the nuke option and as usual the answer is shoot the
messenger.

Instead as chairman of ISOC board, It would be useful if you tell me you
have instructed some staff to look into it and fix the issues.

This is not the first communication about the membership system we had
with ISOC staff. Beleive me!

Getting frustrated this side. So please, unfrustate us! ;)
