How would I know? I only know that if there's a complaint, it should 
be addressed directly (and that's why I cc:ed him). Mailing lists are 
for other purposes. Besides, I am not sure if this was a real spam, 
or someone's email address has been used to send to the mailing 
list... But I don't want to start an argument about it:)
