[Chapter-delegates] Requesting input for an ISOC response to the IGF on the composition of the "programme committee"

Dear Chapter Delegates:

As many of you know, ISOC participated in the consultation meeting of
the Internet Governance Forum last week.  

Following on from that meeting, the Chair of the consultation is seeking
- with a very short deadline - input on the composition/mandate of the
management or programme committee of the Forum. 

In order to ensure that we get the input from our members and chapters
on this important subject, we have posted a request for input on the
Internet Governance Forum on ISOC's memberpubpol list. We encourage you
to respond and also to bring this to the attention of your members and
invite their response.  We wish for this input to take place on our
policy list. If you have not yet joined that list you may do so at this
