Thanks for the input, it is noted. Reviewing the policies and
procedures for forming/closing a chapter is a priority for next year.
The plan is to do this in a structured way. Chapter input and review
will be very important (and much appreciated!).

(As of today) the breakdown is as follows :
2 are pending action by ISOC (the Nepal chapter delegates review is
included in this)
8 are pending action by the applicants. (Some of the 8 are only as
far as the enquiry stage).
