Our dear colleague from ISOC-ES (Spain) Jose Morales-Barroso, PhD.  Has
recently organized and presented a very interesting lecture, which has
captivated the interest of our Environment Ministry.

Is related to the sustainability of our Telecomms and how to design a new
"intelligent network" which will have a high impact in energy savings.

He has already validated his model and invention, and is looking for teams
around the world who might be interested on "testing" his prototype. So feel
