To All Chapter Delegates,

ISOC's annual Board of Trustees election process is underway. The call
for nominations was issued on 1 December, 2006 . We welcome
your participation in voting for the management of ISOC.

To be eligible to vote, we must be notified of your chapter's
voting delegate and alternate voting delegate. This information
must be received no later than:

	24:00 UTC, 31 December 2006

Each Chapter may designate any member of their Chapter
to be their Voting Delegate.

If we cannot contact you or you do not contact us you may not
be eligible to vote. There are no exceptions.
