A good starting point would be to check the different IXPs web sites.
Some disclose that information. For others, it is a trade secret.
Anyway, I think you would be more successful if you contact the
different IXPs directly. See http://www.ep.net/ep-main.html for a directory.

Every once in a while, similar questions pop up on the NANOG list. See:
