Dear members,



We would welcome your thoughts on the attached draft comments to the
"President's Strategy Committee Consultation with the ICANN Community (on)
Improving the Inherent Strength of the Multi-stakeholder Model".  Link:

We have based much of these comments on what was said in our submission
and statement in the NTIA's DNS Transition Notice of Inquiry and Public
Hearing. However, we do elaborate on one or two points, particularly as
they relate to balancing stakeholder interests in ICANN.



Unfortunately the turn around time is very, very short and we would
welcome any immediate comments, preferably by close of business tomorrow,
Thursday, August 17.  We will be submitting the response on Friday.
