[Chapter-delegates] ISOC Chapters in the WCIT 2006

I suggest to meet on May 3. We can have lunch together. If agree, on May 3 at
lunch time, (I guess between 12pm and 1pm or so) we will meet in the lunch
place. I will be in a table with an ISOC ID over IT.
