[Chapter-delegates] Macedonia Chapter Application for Review

Dear all,

Indeed, I fully agree with Radu and, as some of you may remember, ISOC
(Belgium) Wallonia and ISOC France organised a meeting in Paris, hosted by
the General Delegation of French Language, in order to launch the ISOC
Romanian Chapter : it was in July 2001. The Romanian Chapter has not been
recognised by ISOC yet and we still hope it will be soon.

The Romanian Chapter president Eduard Tric is a friend, we are in regular
contact and we share interesting projects for 2006-2007 linked, among other
important concerns, with cultural and linguistic diversity on the Internet.

Let us hope that every country or region in the world, even new political
entities (and we particularly know those situations in Europe), will have an
opportunity to create a chapter of ISOC, in respect with democracy as well
as with everyone's cultural and linguistic choices.

I wish we could accept between the Romanian ISOC Chapter as well, Eduard 
Tric is working hard for this and I hope he will present their new 
application as soon as possible, beacause they tried to do this since 
several years without any visible result till now.
