The issue with the name was solved
The issue with the amount is of no importance
The issue is, to vote the ISOC board, you need money, quite a
substantive amount for developing countries, which leads to the
statement that "normal members are second class citizens to ISOC". I
would not like to see that, so how the board ensures that normal members
are not relegated to a pretty role?
