[Chapter-delegates] A new top-level domain: .cat

Dear friends round the world,

You may be interested to know that ICANN decided, on September 15th, to
endorse the proposed .CAT sTLD Registry Services Agreement.

This means that the Catalan-speaking community, whose seven million
speakers live autochthonously in Andorra, France and Italy, as well as
in Spain, will now be identifiable on the Net.

ISOC-CAT, as one of the promoters of the project, wishes to share its
satisfaction with the wider internet society.
