[chapter-delegates] Near Final SOP - MMM meeting to discuss next Tuesday

Dear Chapter Delegates:

As you know, we have been working on a new Strategic Operating Plan. We have
already received input from you as well as from our Board and our
organization members. We have now achieved a draft that is very near to
final but we do wish to again solicit your feedback on it.

Either Andreu Vea or myself will organize another IM Chat about this subject
to feature Lyman Chapin who has been leading our efforts with this process.
That MMM meeting, using Yahoo Messenger as we have before, will take place
at 1500 US EDT time (1900 GMT) on Tuesday May 31st. It will last up to one
hour. These chats are very valuable. In addition we would also welcome
e-mailed comments to the list to this version 2.1.1 of the draft SOP. But if
you can make it to the MMM at that time please do. If you have not yet
joined these conferences but wish to now please send your Yahoo Messenger
identification to me - as much as you can in advance of the time for the
meeting. 

Thank you for considering this - the new SOP will be an important
development for ISOC and will have far reaching impact for us.
