[chapter-delegates] Annual report - input from Chapters

Dear Chapter Delegates,

Last year's ISOC Annual Report report was well-received by Chapters
everywhere and has been used extensively to promote ISOC through your
local activites.

We are currently developing the content for the 2004 Annual Report and
would like to add a human touch by showing some of the faces of people
that have benefited from local Chapter initiatives in your region.

Do you know somebody who has a good story to tell? What we're looking
for are some VERY SHORT quotes - not more than a couple of paragraphs
from people explaining why they belong to ISOC, or how they have
benefited from their membership or participation in an ISOC training
activity. We'll then print a selection in the 2004 Annual Report.

Please note that in order for us to be able to publish quotes we'd also
need:

- Written permission from the person being quoted
- Their full name and current job title
- Their location (town, country)
- If possible, a high quality photo

We're working to a tight deadline, so your inputs would be needed as
soon as possible - and no later than June 2.
