I will try to get material.

I am very serious about this Computone application being
a very low-cost way of reaching farmers, village centers,
cooperatives, medical clinics, etc.

This application can be implemented over telephone landlines
or cellular phones without need for anything but a very
inexpensive terminal at the end.  A handful of applications
on this inexpensive device can produce great economic
benefits, and that can begin to pay for PCs and Internet
access.  One step at a time.
