Electronic Commerce (NACPEC) member of ISOC chapter
Mexico, we^Òd like to congratulate Mrss. Vint Cerf and
Bob Kahan for the distinction and honor in receiving
the ACM Turing award. We firmly believe that such
award is just one small ^Óacknowledgement^Ô considering
all the large amount of research, thier time devoted
and continuous contributions to the development and
foster of what we now know of as ^Óthe Internet^Ô and
ISOC.
