[chapter-delegates] Congratulations to Vint Cerf and Bob Kahn

Honorable Vint Cerf, Bob Kahn, Members of ISOC Washington DC, Ladies and
Gentlemen.

This is Srisakdi Charmonman from my office in Bangkok, Thailand. In my
capacity as President of ISOC Thailand Chapter and Chairman of ACM
Thailand Chapter, we would like to offer our heartiest congratulations to
Vint Cerf and Bob Kahn on the occasion of receiving the prestigious ACM
Turing Award.

May we also offer to Vint Cerf and Bob Kahn the famous four blessings from
Thailand which, in the Thai language, is Ayu, Wanna, Sukka, Pala. Let me
translate them into English.

The first one is for Vint Cerf and Bob Kahn to live very, very long, like
120 years. The second one is for Vint Cerf and Bob Kahn to look very, very
nice, like handsome and respectable. The third one is for Vint Cerf and
Bob Kahn to be very, very happy, that is, as happy as you ever like to be.
The last one, but not the least important, is for Vint Cerf and Bob Kahn
to be healthy, both physically and mentally.

Again, congratulation, congratulation, congratulation to Vint Cerf and Bob
Kahn on the occasion of receiving the prestigious ACM Turing Award.
