Dear Vint and Bob,

On behalf of the Internet Society of Bulgaria and personally I'd like to 
say a big THANK YOU to Bob Kahn and Vint Cerf not only for creating the 
Internet Protocol, but also for your initiative to establish the Internet 
Society - one of the first and leading Internet-organizations during the 
last decade of the 20th Century.

Your leadership is especially valuable when we measure it today, when ISOC 
needs such good examples more than ever.

Please, continue to support the open and democratic development of the 
Internet worldwide, and on a personal note, I wish you good luck in your 
work from now on!
