[chapter-delegates] Urgent reminder - send your email congratulations for Cerf and Kahn

The Pacific Islands Chapter of the Internet Society congratulates Mr 
Vinton G. Cerf and Mr. Bob Kahn, for developping what became the 
Internet. We see it as a tremendous tool to break the tyranny of 
distance that faces Pacific Islanders. We  also thank Mr Vinton G. Cerf 
for accepting to come soon in the Pacific Islands to meet with us and 
share his Internet Pioneer experience. The Internet is still getting 
build here in thePacific Islands and we need Mr Vinton G. Cerf and Mr. 
Bob Kahn experience and leadership to show us how to leapfrog the 
technologies and develop the infrastructure.
