[chapter-delegates] ISOC Contact in Manila Philippines

Hi all,
 
Next friday I'm heading to Manila and Hong Kong to research and interview
more internet pioneers. In this case starting the project in ASIA (we were
only working in europe, north & south america and south africa).
 
As Veni pointed recently the addresses in the "Chapter's Contact People"
page are not working right. Or are out of date.
In this case I was thinking to stablish conversations and visit the Filipino
Chapter, so I tried and bounced all the times to reach Ramon Seneres
IVS at MNL.SEQUEL.NET
 
I was thinking that maybe the Chapter Delegate from Manila is listening this
list. If so,  I would be glad if you can reply and we'll follow up the topic
privately. Same for any person from Hong Kong.
 
Thanks and sorry for the "broadcast" when I want to reach a specific
target...  :-)
