Very good point, 'if' it happens. I agree that we should issue a joint
chapter / HG announcement if and when the initial Telcordia
recommendations are finalised and agreed by the ICANN board. I suspect
this may take another week or two or more but it would be inaccurate to
say that this is fait accompli.

I agree with this comment too. Vittorio, do you have any process in
mind? Would the new publicpol list be the place to seek consensus, or
publish drafts for comments, or will we continue with this list?

I tend to agree with your comments here and I trust that this is also
to answer Venis question as to what you meant by your comment:

I assume that all you are inferring to is the lack of teamwork (and
general sense of cooperation) between chapters and HQ.
