Dear Effiong,

This is indeed a very sad news, which is coming a few months after we lost
Prof. Ajai of NITDA.

On behalf of ISOC Chapter, BENIN Republic and my own, kindly accept our
sincere condolences. May the work of Prof. T.C. Nwodo survive him and may he
rest in peace.
