Thank you for pointing out this reference. I tried to find it before I sent
the message, but couldn't. Point 5a and 5b are relevant to what I was
saying. People should be aware, that ISOC may have a position, of which
they are not aware.
I could give examples on that, but there's no point. Please, don't take
everything so negatively - you've missed a lot of my message.
