Carlos,

I am confused.  When I click on the link you provided I get an up-to-date 
page, with general information about Chapters and links to more 
information.  Do you see something different?

In fact, I couldn't readily find the information you mention below by 
clicking any links from the page you provided.  I had to look elsewhere 
on the site to find it.
