[chapter-delegates] Internet Society 2003 Annual Report

Dear Chapter Delegates,

As announced earlier, ISOC has now published its first-ever formal
annual report. We would like to send hardcopies of the "2003 Annual
Report" to each chapter to use whenever you need a comprehensive
description of ISOC and the important work we pursue together to ensure
that the Internet is for Everyone.  Please be generous in passing around
this report to local organizations, institutions, city officials, and
other interested groups and communities.

I need confirmation from each of the Chapter's president (or delegate)
for a Postal address where we can mail the reports. A limited number of
copies is available. I will be sending 25 hardcopies of the report to
each Chapter. If you need more hardcopies please let me know.

We are asking all Chapter Delegates to follow up with their Chapter
President to confirm the postal address. We will not be able to send the
2003 Annual Report to Chapters which do not confirm the postal address.
