[chapter-delegates] Announcement to Chapter Delegates - New ISOC Membership System - Chapter Volunteers testing

Dear Chapter Delegates,

As you may recall, sometime back we asked for Chapter volunteers to help
us test the new ISOC Membership System.

We would like to announce that we have now began the Chapter volunteers
testing phase.

Although details of the Individual Membership Program are under
discussion, those changes should not affect the system nor the testing
in a significant way.

The 9 chapter volunteers are:

ISOC Bangladesh - Hakikur Rahman
ISOC Belgium - Rudi Vansnick
ISOC Canada-Quebec - Philippe Leroux
ISOC Ecuador - Carlos Vera
ISOC Finland - Tommi Karttaavi
ISOC Indonesia - Teddy A. Purwadi, Irwan Effendi
ISOC Nigeria - Giandomenico Massari
ISOC South Africa - Alan Levin
ISOC Washington DC - Martin Burack, Gene Gaines

We thank all the chapters that expressed interest and we sincerely
apologize to those that we could not include for the testing.

We have tried to include as many Chapters as possible and also to have a
diverse geographic representation.

The Chapter Volunteers testing phase is scheduled to be completed by
Thursday March 31.

Once the Chapter Volunteer testing is complete we will do a rollout to
all Chapters.  Each Chapter must review its setup in the system and make
any other necessary changes (e.g., updating Chapter Officers) in the
Chapter's profile before the system is made available to all members.
Once that is complete then we will proceed with an "all members"
rollout.
