Please, be so kind to explain what the idea of 'individual members' has
to do with the requirement of paying $75 to have a voting right?
Individual members form a large percentage of ISOC members and it is
clear to me that they should be represented in BoT.
But it is not clear to me why only those individual members who can
afford $75 can vote in the name of all individual members.
Why this member who can pay $75 should have more rights than that which
cannot do it (or does not want to do it)?
