[chapter-delegates] How we can improve the chapter <-> BoT relations

Thank you, Ramon.

You've read and understood my thoughts correctly.
I believe the best we can do today - and I can't find excuse not to do it - 
is to define the right processes. We'll need that with regards to the 
chapter funding program, too.

I can't find a reason why would someone opose such a move, which is aiming 
at ensuring better communcations between ISOC and its members - be it 
individual, chapters or organizational.

What Fred wrote, I think, was because probably my idea was written with my 
"chapter hat". Think that today things seem clearer?
