Actually my proposal is not for every decision. Only for those that are 
related to creating an important document - as the SOP. It makes sense for 
the Board to listen to its members. The discussion, by the way, may take 
place among org members, too.

That's the point - we need to define processes. Until we define them, we'll 
always will be facing same problems every time, including doubts that we 
may not be able to achieve anything. The definition of the right processes 
and procedures is of vital importance for the good functioning of the 
organization.
