Agreed.

And the vote must have a voice.  AND MUST BE HEARD.

So...

 - To give a vote to every member,
 
 - to give a voice to every member,
 
 - to make it practical for all interested in the
   Internet to be members of the Internet Society,
   
 - for the Internet Society to be organized so that
   its leaders truly desire and must listen to its
   members, and

 - for the Internet Society -- through local, regional
   and a central governing group -- to reflect and
   amplify the passionate concerns and objectives of
   these its members and these groups.

The details of the structure to accomplish these is not
so important.
   
That they get accomplished is very important.
