Dear Wladek,

I think the presentation is very good, wonder how much better they will be
if you have had more time and rest in preparing it.

To help in the final slide, I have summarized the presentation into 3
refocusing points as follows:

1. Practice what you preach.
2. Appreciate people by their value, not their price tag.
3. Do it before it becomes too late
