As previously announced in the ISOC Newsletter, ISOC is one of the
partners in the 2 year Security Expert Initiative (SEINIT) project.
SEINIT, an Information Society Technologies(IST) project has now
completed 15 months and is now staging a security event on 27-28 April
in Paris, France. For more details please check the link below:

The objectives of the event are the following:
- Explore the application of security technologies in different IT
domains
- Discuss the need for best practices for developing and implementing
security solutions
- Highlight and promote the standardization and related activities in
Europe and internationally
- Take stock of current developments, identify open issues and discuss
the way forward
