I see that votations appears to have shut this down (again). "The poll 
and survey services of votations.com have been discontinued. We are 
sorry to announce that this service is no longer available."

Do you possibly have a record of the surveys and the results?

I am seeking access to the survey that has been repetitively cited as 
the reason for changing the membership fee structure.  From the 
headings it is not obvious, could you possibly tell me what the 
questions were? how many responses there were? anything else?
