Just in case no one else mentioned it to you, this latest version did not
work either.

In addition to the conversion problems, PDF files are not very friendly for
blind folk who have to use conversion utilities to dig out the text so their
screen readers can read them the file.  PDF documents do not resolve either
completely or in any semblance of the text you see on the screen.

Just a note for future reference.

Text messages are the best way to communicate via email, if your purpose is
to convey words to the other party.

Folks,

Here we are again.  This time, I converted the document myself.  I
started with the Word document and converted the entire document to Times
New Roman font.  I even remembered to change the footers this time.  Then
I converted it to a PDF.

If this version is unreadable I'm stumped.  I used a 5 year old version
of Word and Adobe Acrobat to do this so it just has to be compatible with
most things out there.

Let me know personally if this does not open.  If this does not work then
we will get this on the web so folks can read it.
