FW: [chapter-delegates] Draft ISOC strategic operating plan (redux)

This version does'nt work because it needs a non standard font. Can you, 
please, change it for a standard font. Maybe it could be less sexy as a 
design but very more eficient as a comunication tool.

I won't be agresive, but between the 75$ membership mistake and this 
incapacity to send a readable PDF file after 4 try, I begin to worry about 
ISOC HQ.
