Hi Vera,

You can contact some local ISPs for this free hosting issue. They may also
want to become a member of your chapter. The website of ISOC-Benin  (under
reconstruction now) and the members discussion list  is hosted  by a local
ISP for free.

Another option is to use one of the free services on the Internet (just
search for "free  web hosting" using Google or Yahoo). For this solution,
you have to accept some advertisements.
