[chapter-delegates] New Membership Level

Greetings,
It seems to me that the reactions from the delegates have, in the last 2
days, stated the following opinions:
1) Any form of charging for a special status means creating a divide.
2) Any form of giving more voting weight for money means buying power.
3) If a new form of membership has to be created, it has to be not at the
detriment of regular (free) membership, but as symbolic / honorific
additional recognition. (c.f. the idea of sponsor member)
One can put it (and the many did) in any words they choose, but that's what
it boils down to. Will ISOC HQ take the "massive flow of protest" into
consideration and adapt or will they prove some people right and simply
continue as dictated without taking the chapter delegates's voices into
consideration? It's not like we were stuck in a contradiction. Everyone
seems to agree with the previous 3 statements!
