[chapter-delegates] New Membership Level

Hello,

I have to support this position. Also take into consideration that the
exchange rate can be a real problem. For years, the CAD currency was about
50-60% of USD. So for ex. to pay USD 75$, it would cost 150$ CAD. I don't
know about other countries, but I suspect the same situation might arise.

To follow the same argument as below, in Quebec, the majority of population
barely make 24,000 CAD yearly. So you would ask them who make (at current
exchange rate) 19,377.30 USD to pay such a price?

Does ISOC World only want the richest countries to be represented?

US$75 to be a voting ISOC member (below).

I live in an area in Northern Virginia, USA,
where the median family income is about US$50,000
and the median home price in my area is US$450,000.

Other areas in our world do not enjoy this level
of income.

US$75 to be a voting ISOC member is, in my opinion,
a step in the wrong direction. Very wrong.
