[chapter-delegates] Georgia, Algeria, Togo

Dear Chapter Delegates,

Georgia status

A few weeks back we announced that the Georgia Chapter was going to be
dissolved.

Well, Georgia has now confirmed at least 25 members and they have also
confirmed their voting delegate for the upcoming ISOC Board elections.

Congratulations to the Georgia Chapter and everyone involved in the
efforts.

Algeria and Togo status

I regret to announce that the Algeria and Togo chapters are now being
downgraded to an In-Formation status. Algeria and Togo were contacted to
confirm their membership and their voting delegates/officers. I
initially had contact with two of their leaders respectively but
unfortunately I did not have any news back on the confirmations. Algeria
and Togo will now have until April 30 to confirm their status. Past this
date their chapters will be dissolved without prejudice to apply to
Chapter status in the future. Members of Algeria and Togo chapters will
remain ISOC members even after their chapters are dissolved.
