[chapter-delegates] More thanks

Dear all,
Further to my previous message, I'd like to send special thanks to 
our colleagues and friends - Richard St.Clair and Alex Corenthin - 
for their contribution to the ISOC public policy work.
I am happy that I managed to meet with Richard in Mar del Plata, and 
understood that he's a person I can be friends with, and someone who 
speaks the same language. I know what enormous work Alex does in 
Senegal and in Africa, and I admire him for that, too.

I also congratulate the other elected Trustees - Daniel Karrenberg, 
Glenn Ricart and our current chairman - Fred Baker - all of them 
elected for 3-year terms. Congratulations to all of you, and now it's 
time to work - WGIG report will be published in about 3 weeks, and we 
have to be ready for it.
