To be brief... I think it is a great idea (and in case it is practically
undoable to poll all individual members, you should at least do it at
the Chapters level). Also, I share Ian's concern; perhaps a good idea
would be to attach to the request for an opinion a sort of short
informative leaflet that would be written by the supporters of the
different options.
