Please go back and read my statements. I have not advocated leaving the 
sacred cow alone. I have advocated knowing how you want to change it, 
why you want to change it, and what the effect of the changes you 
propose are before changing it, and whether those proposed changes 
actually meet the issues.

I'm still awaiting an answer to my question of June 7, which is 
essentially that.
